William has always been an entrepreneur. He founded his first business, Huston's Mergers & Acquisitions, in 2008, while he was still a student at Georgia Tech. From 2008 to 2018, the firm was headquartered in Davao, Philippines, and supported global investment firms that primarily serviced the $650B Thrift Savings Plan. In 2018, William decided to register with the SEC and rebranded the firm as Bay Street Capital Holdings with the goal of advocating for diverse and emerging managers.
