Will has spent over 30 years in CRE capital markets. Over his career, Will has worked with several national real estate sponsors to assist in building out distribution, fostering relationships, and raising capital with RIA’s and broker dealers. Past sponsors include ING Funds, Dividend Capital, and Preferred Apartment Communities. Will has a BS in Business from Emmanuel College and holds a Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
