As Managing Director, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development, Vince leverages his 14 years of industry experience to focus on our strategic growth initiatives. He joined the Mather Group in September 2022, following a ten-year career at UBS Investment Bank, where he most recently served as an Executive Director focused on financial institutions. Prior to UBS Investment Bank, he was a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development at Lincoln Financial Group, where he conducted quantitative and qualitative research and analysis for M&A and divestiture opportunities. Vince earned his BA from Cornell University, where he was a Meinig Family Cornell National Scholar, and an MBA in Financial investing and Corporate Finance from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
