In her role as Chief Market Strategist, Shana helps grow the SWP brand by fostering a robust media presence for the firm. A Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder, she serves as a subject matter expert in alternative investments and alternative investment due diligence, and works directly with clients on portfolio reviews, allocations, and general service. Prior to joining Strategic Wealth Partners, Sissel acted as Chief Investment Officer for Spotlight Asset Group where she was responsible for all aspects of a $450 million firm investment platform and served as the chair for the investment policy committee.

Shana is a sought-after speaker & media contributor, appearing frequently at industry events and on major financial news outlets like CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business News. She serves as host of SWP’s “Fearless on Wall Street” podcast, a show that focuses on bringing the female perspective to all things finance.

Shana earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the UMass-Amherst and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Bentley University’s McCallum School of Business.
