Rachel Ballatori is the Founder and CEO of Mill + Co., a female-led advertising collective specializing in brand strategy and creative storytelling. Mill + Co. is currently based out of Manchester, NH, has served over 50 global clients in 6 years (and growing), has two full-time employees (and growing), with a team of 100 vetted freelancers (93% female) covering all types of advertising and creative services. Rachel attended Johns Hopkins University to achieve degrees in Psychology and Entrepreneurship & Management, while competing on the Division 1 Women's Lacrosse team as a 2-time captain. She is an active member of the New Hampshire Tech Alliance, the Founder of "Table Talk", a networking series to promote and support female-founded businesses, she currently serves as the Chair of the Development Committee and a Member of the Board of Directors to the SEE Science Center in Manchester, NH, and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors to Unchartered Tutoring.
