Oksana Poznak is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sanctuary Wealth Solutions. Oksana develops the overall business relationship strategy, and forges new partnerships with asset managers, product sponsors, and investment firms. She collaborates with Sanctuary's Chief Investment Strategist, Sanctuary Asset Management, and Sanctuary Investment Solutions to increase model adoption, promote thought leadership, and help further the sales efforts of Sanctuary's wealth platform of investment offerings. She is tasked with building out the Strategic Alliance Partner Program, onboarding new products, delivering a productive and engaging conference strategy, and enhancing product education spanning across MFs, ETFs, VAs, SMAs and Alts. She has a proven track record of accelerating and monetizing partner programs for industry-leading financial services firms.

Career Summary

Oksana has more than 20 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Relationship Management, working with wirehouses, independent broker dealers, bank, custodian, and FinTech Alt platform. Most recently Oksana worked as a Segment Marketing Director promoting the alternative investment fund managers on the CAIS platform. Prior to that she held numerous senior positions at Atria Wealth Solutions, BNY Mellon Pershing, Ladenburg Thalmann, Advisor Group, Bank of New York, and Morgan Stanley.

Oksana received her MBA in General Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Licensed Principal and a Registered Representative. She holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 66 and NY Life/Health Insurance licenses.
