Laurent is a member of the founding family of Group RMC, a private partnership co-investment company. The group’s commercial real estate business primarily focuses on acquiring and holding office property investments in US Non-Gateway markets has since 2011 established itself as one of the largest private office landlords across the US Midwest and Southeast. The company also focuses on specialty real estate investments, including REIT recapitalizations, ground leases, land-banking and other specialty situations. With a portfolio of over 21 million square feet worth $2.5BN, Group RMC remains a family operated and entirely private co-investment group. In addition to establishing and maintaining relationships with family offices and wealth advisors globally, Laurent is particularly focused on expanding the Sports Division of Group RMC which caters to professional athletes and their investment teams. Laurent is born and raised in Montreal, Canada but has recently moved to Sarasota, Florida with his wife and children.
