Justin is a Partner in our Boston office. He oversees a team of analysts who create model portfolios through quantitative screening and fundamental analysis, selecting individual equities and fixed-income securities. Justin also manages the selection and review of illiquid private investments that complement our clients’ liquid portfolios. His team’s goal is to build portfolios with a focus on generating absolute returns with minimal volatility and drawdown.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Justin was the Chief Investment Officer at Bainco International Investors. In his role, he oversaw the firm’s investment process and overall asset allocation, ensuring it was applied appropriately across Bainco’s investment strategies and client portfolios.

While at Boston College Justin also worked as a Research Associate at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
