Jon works in the alternative investments business development group at Nuveen. He is responsible for partnering with the Nuveen distribution team to provide support and consultation to their clients interested in alternative investments. Jon also partners with sales leaders, providing strategy expertise, product and private market insight, and direct advisor support for alternative investments including: real assets, real estate, and private capital market investments.

Prior to joining Nuveen in 2021, Jon worked at Black Creek Group, now Ares Management Corporation, where he was responsible for private wealth and retail business development of niche products. Jon’s experience is extensive within 1031 exchange solutions, single sector real estate, and diversified real estate strategies across multiple client platforms. He previously worked at OppenheimerFunds Inc., where he worked as an advisor consultant and led distribution efforts across multiple channels.

He began his career at Jackson National where he served as an internal wholesaler. He has worked in the investment industry since 2013; and has expanded his expertise across various alternative investments. Jon is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
