Jonathan Hoy joined Perigon in 2019 as the COO after a 15 year consulting career. Throughout his career, Jon has led teams that helped some of the world’s most successful organizations transform their business growth, implement and improve business processes, and increase their leverage of technology. At Perigon, Jon leads the company's M&A strategy and the company's Strategic Plan. His primary mission at Perigon is to turn Perigon into the premier destination for entrepreneurial advisors who want the support of a larger organization without sacrificing their autonomy and independence. Jon works in the Perigon office in San Francisco at 201 Mission Street, and lives in Palo Alto, CA with his wife and 2 children.
