An accomplished professional with more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Joe Hart is currently the Director of Capital Markets with RealSource Properties, where he oversees various aspects of the firm’s capital market activities, leveraging his expertise and understanding of finance, real estate, and distribution. Joe has excelled in multiple areas throughout his career including sales, product development, sales training, field and senior management. His background exposed him to a diverse range of investment offerings, including fixed & variable annuities, closed-end and open-end mutual funds, offshore funds, separately managed accounts, as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds, real estate offerings, MBS and CLOs, senior management of an independent broker dealer and a RIA.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Western Michigan University with a focus in Finance and received notoriety as a Division I football player exemplifying his commitment to both academics and athletics. Joe has successfully passed his Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 and Series 24 exams and currently holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation. He has delivered numerous keynote presentations addressing audiences from wire houses, regional and independent broker dealers, bank broker dealers, RIAs and investor groups. He is proficient in behavioral finance and asset allocation, is a survivor of the “Miracle on the Hudson”, appeared as a guest on the “Ellen Show” as well as being a temporary member of the Screen Actors Guild for his participation in the movie “Sully”.
