Jim is a Founding Partner, Advisor and Chief Compliance Office of Coastal Bridge Advisors, an independent registered investment adviser with offices in Westport, CT and Los Angeles, CA. Since its inception fifteen years ago, Coastal Bridge Advisors has taken great pride in its aim to “Uncomplicate It” for their clients. In other words, Coastal Bridge strives to pull together all the available solutions for the families they work with in a clear and coherent manner - on investments, tax, retirement, philanthropy, and estate planning, among others - choreographing them to help provide greater comfort, control, and results.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Jim focuses on understanding his clients and helping them to grow their wealth, while also supporting and educating his clients along the way to help simplify their financial lives. He remains equally focused on helping to develop the firm while mentoring its support advisor and planning staff, and maintaining strong and genuine community contacts.

Jim currently sits on an Advisory Board for Pershing Advisor Solutions. He has been featured on Fox Business Channel, CNBC, NASDAQ and the Dow Jones Advisor Show, among others, and is a graduate of Marist College with continuing education at Ohio State University and The Wharton School of Management.

When Jim is not rallying the team or meeting with his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar in Weston, Connecticut.
