Jeff Fuhrman is a Partner and President of Coastal Bridge Advisors, an independent registered investment adviser which offers a full range of customized wealth management services from its offices in Westport, CT and Los Angeles, CA.  

Since its inception fifteen years ago, Coastal Bridge Advisors has taken great pride in its aim to “Uncomplicate It” for their clients. In other words, Coastal Bridge strives to pull together all the available solutions for the families they work with in a clear and coherent manner - on investments, tax, retirement, philanthropy and estate planning, among others - choreographing them to help provide greater comfort, control, and results.

In a career spanning over 25 years, Jeff has held key strategic, operational and financial roles across a variety of industries, proving successful as an accomplished executive with a record of leading organizations to perform beyond expectations.

At Coastal Bridge Advisors, Jeff is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the entire suite of services for their clients, including but not limited to advisory, investments, planning, compliance, operations, finance and marketing. He also directs the firm’s human resources, growth and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, Jeff served as President and Chief Operating Officer of IMG Artists, where he directed a turnaround of the global business following its acquisition from sports and media giant, IMG; served as Chief Financial Officer and then President of a Blackstone Group-backed technology start-up, Gemini Voice Solutions; and, was an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney, where he participated in over $10 billion worth of equity, debt, and M&A transactions. Currently, Jeff serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Connecticut.

Jeff earned an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Clark University. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters at home in New Canaan, Connecticut.
