Jana Gregorek is the Chief Growth Officer of Visionary Wealth Advisors. In this role, she serves as a key member of the Visionary Executive team and is responsible for the overall growth of the firm. Jana does this by partnering with Visionary advisors to grow their practices, serve their clients and leads firmwide training. Jana also engages with advisors across the industry who are considering becoming independent advisors at Visionary.

She believes being a Visionary means looking past the day-to-day and understanding clients’ long-term dreams and goals; It means aspiring for something greater and setting new goals along the way. She is passionate about making sure clients understand their full financial picture in an easy to understand way.

Prior to joining Visionary, Jana spent 11 1/2 years at Edward Jones, where she created and led company-wide programs, managed relationships with industry leading insurance companies, introduced change management principles, trained advisors and managed senior level teams. She has a passion for leading and mentoring others and enjoys building relationships.

Jana holds FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, Missouri Life and Health Insurance license, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) from the American College of Financial Services, and is Change Management Certified. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with Minor in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

She is married to Brian and has two young children, Caroline and Douglas. She currently lives in O’Fallon, IL and is an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Jana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and exploring new places and restaurants. She was born and raised in Belleville, IL and attended Althoff Catholic High School.
