James Holleman is the VP of Capital Formations at Grubb Properties, where he leads private market fundraising and works closely with over 60 private wealth organizations nationally. Before joining Grubb Properties, James worked closely with some of the world’s largest asset allocators, serving in an alternative investment advisory role within the Wells Fargo Private Bank. A graduate of Wake Forest University and a proud Army Veteran, James brings a unique perspective into the world of private market investing.
