George Chen, CFA®, CIPM®, has over 15 years of experience as an investment strategist providing portfolio solutions and manager due diligence analysis for financial advisors, home offices, and bank trusts. George previously was employed at Envestnet where he was a voting member of the asset allocation team, built proprietary model strategies, and maintained consultant relations with financial advisors. George also was employed with Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors where he was a portfolio manager and conducted due diligence on investment managers for the Wilmington Private Funds and the Wilmington Multi-Manager Mutual Funds, as well as for consulting clients and separate accounts.

George holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a B.S. in Finance from University of New Orleans. He is a volunteer and member of the CFA Institute. George previously served as President of CFA Society Atlanta, the local member society of the CFA Institute with 1,600 members. George also serves on the Strategic Advisory Board and previously served as Treasurer for Atlanta Celebrates Photography, a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the cultivation of the photographic arts and the enrichment of the Atlanta art community.
