Frank manages an ultra-high net worth advisory practice, serving a select group of individuals and families throughout the country. His team delivers an outsourced family office solution for clients offering institutional capital management, professional trust and estate planning services, and tax advisory, while serving many other outsourced family office functions. Frank is often engaged to help private business owners with pre-and-post transaction planning considerations.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Frank was a Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch serving ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. Previously, Frank was a cross-asset strategist at Morgan Stanley in New York.

Earlier in his career, Frank worked in the Private Bank of Credit Suisse in New York. He advised ultra-high net worth and institutional clients around asset allocation and capital market strategy. In this role, he managed relationships with the firm’s most influential private clients and employees. Frank started his career as an analyst at Markit covering buy-side institutional clients in the OTC derivative industry.

Frank attended Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is an active mentor with Student Sponsor Partners, a NYC based nonprofit focused on giving at-risk students an opportunity to receive a non-public high school education. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, endurance training, and spending time with family. Frank lives with his wife and two daughters in Scarsdale, New York.
