Dean Greenberg is the president and founder of Greenberg Financial Group. A native New Yorker, Dean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, where he played football and lacrosse. Dean returned to New York and received his MBA from Adelphi University in 1982. He embarked on his financial services career in his home state before moving on to positions in Florida and Atlanta. Personal and professional growth brought him to Tucson in 1988 where he began Greenberg Financial Group and founded the Money Matters radio talk show on KNST 790AM. The show remains a leader in the Tucson community. Listeners appreciate Dean’s no-nonsense approach to educating the public on investing.

Dean is an active member of the Tucson community he has called home for over 30 years. He has served on numerous community boards, and charitable organizations. Dean has been a volunteer youth and high school football and lacrosse coach for 18 years. He is passionate about teaching and mentoring young men to be successful, personally and professionally. He derives his greatest joy from seeing the young men he’s coached and nurtured grow into grounded, kind, successful adults.

Dean and his wife Mel of 27 years have 2 boys, Matthew and Dylan. As parents they have cherished every steppingstone their boys have achieved. Family always comes first, but they all find time to give back to the community.
