David serves as a manager specializing in recruiting and acquisition projects for CAPTRUST, including growth initiatives, partnering with qualified advisors and firms, and managing the pipeline of acquisition prospects.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a senior regional associate at Hatteras Funds responsible for business development and investor relations. He has worked in the industry since 2014.

When not at work, David enjoys running, golf, the occasional Seinfeld re-run, and spending time with his two children, Pace and Mack, and his wife, Joanna.
