Mr. Lipman founded Preylock in 2016 and serves as its Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he has ultimate responsibility for the Firm’s investment strategy, operations, risk management, and investor relationships. Under Mr. Lipman’s leadership, Preylock has solidified itself as an established real estate investment and management company with over $4 billion in assets under management and a leading investor of R&D office and industrial properties strategically located throughout the US. Preylock is actively fundraising for its third real estate fund which will focus on strategic opportunities in a dislocated real estate environment.
