Alyssa is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with experience fortifying companies and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues in highly dynamic organizations from startup through growth and maturity phases. Alyssa joined HCR in 2018 to design and implement scalable infrastructure, fully integrate advisors acquired via M&A, optimize the tech stack, execute strategic planning initiatives, oversee a firm rebrand and direct all aspects of human capital from recruiting to performance management. She currently manages all business administrative departments and has led the firm to 50% growth in assets under management within 4 years. Prior to joining HCR, Alyssa built a CBD manufacturing and distribution startup that grew to a team of 32 with domestic and international supply chains, B2B distribution networks and B2C channels within 4 years. At the startup, she developed company infrastructure, supply chain & logistics, technology, operations, strategic partnerships and human capital. Prior to that, Alyssa worked in restaurant franchise management, helping to build the infrastructure to manage franchisees for an international chain. In her early career, Alyssa developed and ran NBA summer basketball camps for kids and started a foundation that supported inner city education initiatives in Los Angeles. Throughout the various industries in which she has worked, Alyssa has been recognized as a cultural leader who inspires excellence and continuous improvement.
